Privacy
This is a short summary of how Collabrador handles personal data. A full privacy policy will be published here before launch.
What we collect
Session data: room name, a hashed client identifier, and the geometry you choose to share.
Technical data: IP address (transiently, for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser user-agent, connection timestamps.
Account data (if/when accounts exist): email, billing info for paid plans.
What we do not collect
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Where data is stored
Realtime session state runs on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects at the edge. Session payloads may be briefly cached during a live session and deleted automatically after the retention window defined in the service configuration.
TODO: review with legal counsel. Cover lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6), retention periods, sub-processors (Cloudflare, Stripe if used, etc.), data-subject rights, and the supervisory authority contact.
Terms of use
By using Collabrador you agree to the following in principle:
You will not upload or share content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
You will not attempt to disrupt the service or other users' sessions.
The service is provided “as is” during this pre-release phase, without warranties.
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
TODO: draft full Terms of Service covering acceptable use, IP ownership, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution.
Cookies
Collabrador aims to run without third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used for:
